Side Twist, Standing Yoga Revolved Long Angle
Stand in wide stance,
arms extended out to sides.
Rotate right leg out 90°,
left foot in 20°. Bend right
leg 90°, twist torso and hips
to right. Bend from hips
over right leg, placing left
hand beside right foot.
Reach right arm up,
looking up to right hand.
Hold ___ seconds. Caution:
DO NOT LOCK KNEES.
Repeat ___ times per session.
